Trust & Compliance

Compliance at Pvium

Screening, tax documentation, and audit-ready records are built into the payout flow — not bolted on after it.

Our regulatory posture

Fero Technologies, LLC is a Georgia (USA) limited liability company. Pvium is a non-custodial software platform: it does not custody digital assets, execute or transmit transactions, exchange crypto or fiat, or act as a financial intermediary. All transactions occur directly between addresses controlled by users.

For purposes of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 ("MiCA"), Pvium operates as a software and technical infrastructure provider only and does not perform regulated Crypto-Asset Service Provider activities. Users remain responsible for confirming that their use of the platform is permitted in their jurisdiction.

KYC & identity verification

Organizations on Pvium can require every payee to complete identity verification (KYC) before they are able to receive a payment. Verification is performed through licensed identity-verification partners and covers document verification and identity matching.

AML & sanctions screening

Destination wallets are screened before money moves:

  • Wallet addresses are checked against sanctions and risk lists prior to payout
  • Screening runs automatically inside the payment flow — it cannot be skipped
  • Payments to unverified or flagged recipients can be blocked by organization policy

Tax documentation

Pvium collects W-9 and W-8 series tax forms from payees through an IRS-authorized e-file provider, keeps them current, and stores them encrypted. Certification wording is tracked against current IRS revisions so collected forms stay valid.

Records & audit trail

Every payment keeps a signed, verifiable record: recipient, amount, currency, batch, settlement time, and the compliance checks it passed. Records can be filtered, aggregated per payee, and exported in accounting-ready formats for your bookkeeper or auditor.

Organization compliance controls

Each organization chooses its compliance mode. In Strict mode, payouts can only reach payees who have completed verification — the platform enforces this at payment time, not by convention.

Governing law

Fero Technologies, LLC operates under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. See our Terms of Service for the full legal framework that governs use of the platform.
